Terms and Conditions – pkrcasino Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkrcasino ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming website at pkrcasino.bet. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on pkrcasino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pkrcasino. These Terms apply to all products available on the platform including — but not limited to — cricket betting, PSL markets, roulette, poker, crash games, and the Aviator game.

pkrcasino reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or platform notification before the changes take effect.

To register and use pkrcasino, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrcasino does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You must be the legal holder of the payment method used to deposit funds into your pkrcasino account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a pkrcasino employee or contractor.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player through pkrcasino's Responsible Gaming programme or any connected exclusion scheme.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration. Using false identities or another person's details is strictly prohibited.

pkrcasino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each individual may hold only one active pkrcasino account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When you register a pkrcasino account, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify pkrcasino immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your registered contact details current. pkrcasino communicates important account information to your registered mobile number and email address.
• Not transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your pkrcasino account.

pkrcasino accounts are for personal use only. Using your account on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party to place bets, is a violation of these Terms.

All deposits to pkrcasino are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. pkrcasino does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

Accepted deposit methods at pkrcasino include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from another person's Easypaisa wallet or a bank card not belonging to you — are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• pkrcasino reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited, particularly for large or unusually frequent deposits.
• Deposits made using fraudulent payment methods will be reversed and the associated account closed.

Withdrawals from pkrcasino are processed in PKR and are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. A JazzCash deposit must be withdrawn to JazzCash; an IBFT deposit must be returned to the same bank account.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes bonus funds.
• pkrcasino processes most withdrawal requests within 1–3 hours. Complex verification cases may take longer.
• pkrcasino may request identity and payment verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players equally.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

All bets placed on pkrcasino are settled according to the official results as determined by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket matches and the PSL for Pakistan Super League fixtures.

The following rules apply to bet settlement across pkrcasino:

• In-play bets are settled on the result at the conclusion of the relevant event or market, subject to the applicable rules for each market type.
• If a cricket match is abandoned or reduced by the DLS method, bets are settled according to pkrcasino's DLS settlement policy, which is available from the support team on request.
• Bets placed after an event has started due to a technical delay in odds feeds may be voided at pkrcasino's discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — for example, a team available at a price that is clearly a technical mistake — will result in the affected bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Casino game results — including roulette, poker, and crash game outcomes — are final once the game round is complete. Results generated by the certified RNG cannot be reversed.

pkrcasino's bet settlement decisions are final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, raise the matter with support within 48 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

pkrcasino offers promotions including a welcome deposit bonus and periodic reload and loyalty promotions. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms in addition to any specific terms applicable to individual promotions:

• The pkrcasino welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It is not available to existing members, players who have previously held a pkrcasino account, or members of the same household as an existing player who has already claimed the offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Even-money roulette bets (red/black, odd/even, high/low) typically contribute at a lower rate due to their low house edge. Full contribution percentages are available on request.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unwagered at expiry are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a profit with bonus funds, or any other circumvention strategy — will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• pkrcasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in will be notified of material changes where possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrcasino. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access odds, or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies, or any arrangement designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Such bets will be voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location, device, or identity.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or using pkrcasino for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, staff accounts, or backend systems.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any communication with pkrcasino support.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening pkrcasino staff or other players through any communication channel.

pkrcasino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unverified identity, self-exclusion requests, or account inactivity.

• Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, pkrcasino reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
• Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to responsible gaming self-exclusion, any real-money balance remaining after outstanding bonus conditions are evaluated will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
• Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. pkrcasino will notify the player at their registered email before applying any inactivity fee.
• Players who wish to voluntarily close their pkrcasino account should contact support@pkrcasino.bet. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with pkrcasino's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a pkrcasino account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Errors in odds or game data caused by upstream data feed providers, where those errors are outside pkrcasino's direct control.
• Losses sustained as a result of your own gaming decisions, betting choices, or reliance on any information displayed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrcasino's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrcasino may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
